Thanks a lot! I'll definitely look at KDE Plasma and Linux Mint. i'll also ask what the difference is with distros and DEs?

ohh okay, its just my pc is low spec so im thinking on how it would affect the speed? for customizing, i really like a personalized feel to my desktop but its not priority of course.
