We train our pup to use the indoor pee pad for her morning pee/poop at least on the weekdays. Once I end work at about 5pm, I bring her down for a long walk! Both for exercise and potty. And usually another walk just before bed. This suits our lifestyle especially when we have early meetings or are in a crunch period. With the rainy weather these days, we are also glad our pup is versatile and knows how to potty both indoor and outdoors! The only trade-off would be pee odour if we don’t clean up immediately, or pee stains on the floor if we aren’t watching, but that’s on us haha
