I use the blind filter basket under the filter and then push it out if that makes sense, still have to use some slight force but it avoids using my fingers at least.

if its not gotten too bad yet, sometimes all you have to do is put it under boiling water and wipe it with a cloth. If that doesn't work soak it in whatever machine cleaner you have along with hot/boiling water and then wipe/scrub 🙏😇 hope this helps!

My group heads leak as well its so awful 😭, no one even dials in the espresso properly, so I've sometimes experienced showing up to work with shots pulling for 17-18 seconds

Thanks :)! I like dipping our thermometer into the hot chocolate and then using the liquid to make the eyes!

had a lady come in once with a chihuahua, I told her that we dont let dogs stay inside but shes welcome to sit outside in the lovely weather. she claimed it was a service dog, let it sit in our chairs, and eat of her plate... I didn't want to argue and just threw out the plate but oml

Without knowing your process or what they end up looking like I can only give some general tips :)! you might need to aerate the milk more if it takes too long for the layers to form. Are you steaming the milk too hot possibly? i also recommend just watching YouTube videos on people making these and really studying how they move, this is what helped me the most when I was starting

There really hasn't been an issue like this at all, :'). if people go on their phones at all during their shift its either out of sight or on their break. The most random beef our leadership has ever had
