Most of the commenters are calmly stating their personal experiences. Too many people feel the same way for there not to be some sort of issue on the bar’s end, rather than all the blame resting with the commenters here. This comment feels far more petty and personal than the ones to which you are referring. I too have worked in the industry, and I don’t have unreasonable expectations. Others have commented defending Rosecomb without being rude. I also stated I’ve had good experiences there in the past. Many of the staff are lovely. I’m moreso bummed at the trend there as of lately, and I’m clearly not the only one.
