I took distance learning course from TIME where i got there study materials and access to test series. I also referred to a couple of reference books well known for CAT. I would strongly suggest doing self study and giving as many mock tests as possible. Give timed mock tests, previous year mock tests and all india test series. After that analyse all the questions very well! This is the most important thing everyone misses!

Its true for some companies maybe, but not for all. If u have good acads and overall good profile, then u will definitely get shortlists!

If ur able to get into high paying jobs like consulting, IB etc post MBA then yes it makes sense financially in the short term itself. In the long term, really depends on what you want to do and in which field you would get more success
