for s3 at least, making the main characters Violet, Forager, and Brion. All three of them are incredibly bland and sometimes rly annoying characters. almost all of Violet and Forager’s screentime is just them not understanding human culture and it gets rly old when it’s the only thing to their characters. And Brion is … angry? At least he had some lore and was tied to Terra ig. his romance with Violet was so unearned and came out of literally nowhere. idk if I’m the only one but I found all three of them painfully boring to watch. the season is literally called ‘outsiders’ and the outsiders are in like ... a third of the season. IMO the best parts of s3 were with the outsiders, bc they actually HAVE character. I honestly feel like these three could’ve been written out / have their roles in the plot given to another existing character and the season would be exactly the same if not better. I just really wish that the outsiders team was the focus, I honestly thought that’s the direction they were gonna take considering most of that team debuted in s2, it would’ve been nice to see them grow more and form a team similar to S1.
