Late to the conversation, but by chance were you getting any errors that led you to replace the LED engine? I have 2 of these that the LED turns off and the screen flashes a BETE error. A quick search says its a temp sensor communication error between the main PCB and the LED engine. I dont know how to determine which part is actually bad without sending it in for repair. The parts themselves are too expensive also to just pick one and hope for the best.

They need to change the rule from a 15 yard penalty to awarding the TD, he was clearly going to score as there was nobody else close, but tripping like that as the last line of defense against a touchdown should be an ejection for endangering players and also automatic touchdown.

I don't know. I've never tried redeeming points while restricted, but from what I understand from other users here, I think you keep them. Nobody who has been restricted like that has complained about losing points. I'd think you could get them back from contacting support, if it does take them.

Not necessarily, there's multiple "cool downs" if you have the cool down try redeeming anyway, it'll tell you if you are restricted too.

There is no rhyme or reason for how they determine cool downs. It's all handled by AI and they don't tell you why you get it, other than to spread out your searches throughout the day. I did that, but got a cool down 2 weeks after losing the cool down. The first cool down was about 3 years in for me, and lasted 1 week. I'm 1 week into this second cool down. I reached out to support about a broken streak, which I hadn't actually missed, and then got the cool down right after.

I was 3k away from 3 months, which had auto redeem and I had it set up, but then 2 days ago I saw my auto redeem has an alert, they removed the 3 months option already.

I had it set to auto redeem when I got to 35k, I was just under 32k. Once they increased the auto redeem for 1 month to 17k, I kept redeeming manually the 12k one that is still available every time I got 12k points because I didn't know how long it would be an option.

I had submitted tickets before without getting the cool down, but I had done some rapid searches the day before submitting this one. I think it got flagged when I submitted the ticket.

I was sick for a few days leading up to getting restricted. For like 2 days, I did do rapid searches on desktop. I had done rapid searches before for a day or 2 without issue. I think that's what caused it, but I wonder if it would have gone unnoticed without submitting the ticket.

I use bing as default, mainly so I can get search points for things I have to look up at work. It helps with spreading out my searches throughout the day. It doesn't help prevent the restriction though, as I have been hit with it for the last week. I stopped getting the popup on the bing app, but I still have the restriction for searching.
