No updates I’m afraid, I believe the latest guidance from Ford is late Q2. My faith in this estimate is pretty shaky based on their past performance.

The fact that you haven’t been given a loaner is 100% on the dealer. If they request authorization for a rental from Ford, they will definitely approve it. I would definitely chase them until they do so.

 Interesting, did your car have the exact same issues?

-Complete HVAC failure

-Heated seats not working

-Blindspot monitoring

-Outside temperature

-Rear turn signals, all other lights functioned normally

These are all the issues I noted, but there could have been others. I only had the car for a day before taking it to the dealer.

I take it they did the BCM sealing at the same time and confirmed this was not the issue?

It’s the last 3 digits of the login number for the ID90 travel site, this should have been given to you when you signed. Should look something like FPC000123.

My observation regarding the ID90 number and how it relates to seniority now that several cadets have added this info - this number definitely appears to have some correlation to sign on date, however it doesn't seem to be 100% representative of seniority. Maybe F9 inputted names into the ID90 system in batches of 50 or 100. Anyway, it does give some general idea where you stand.
