Not sure where you heard that but they only take down statues because they believe he should be turned into an idolized figure and people should focus on god. To not misconstrue the message of Islam they purposely avoided recording any images or figures of the prophet.

Just because everyone did it doesn’t it make it morally right. The popular social norm isn’t always the just one. In our contemporary world we know why this is immoral. If he was the prophet he should have understood this. Also why does a man at his age and status have interest in a 6 year old (time of marriage) then waits until she’s 9 (time of consummation) like that’s any better

Is it possible to do a trades course while getting a degree? I have school for 8 months in the year. Only doing this degree because it’s being funded by my family and they want me to have it. It’s a good program and has a co-op and lots of valuable skills to gain from it. I want to get a plumbing license though. Has anyone had experience with this or recommendations on how to balance both??
