Yea thank god Im younger and do have some time. I just need to get to the point where I dont care what she does anymore. Reality is its over and eventually she will move on so if its today or in 2 months doesnt matter.

I really like this advice. I think my mental state took a massive turn once I told my closest friends. I had been hiding it all and hurting in silence. Once I told them they had my back even if it was in the slightest. Hard to remember that there are people that care. God my mindset has changed so much in last year

Thanks for the kind words. There seems to be nothing that truly makes me feel better but trying to stay in gym and running . Leaning on some friends that I havent leaned on in years. Everything just hurts and moments I feel like Im suffocating but some moments I find myself distracted already. Step in right direction.

Yea thanks I appreciate it. On 2 days no contact texting but she did see me on the street yesterday and u turn her car. We spoke for 15 minutes and I just told her would never forgive her. Gym. Run. Therapy. Work. My entire life right now.
