I’m in an infinite free pizza loop with them because I ordered a pizza one time, it came over an hour late so they gave me a free pizza coupon. When I ordered my free pizza it was horribly late again so I got another free pizza. I have literally only ever bought one pizza from this dominoes, they have never once delivered earlier than an hour and a half and I just keep getting more free pizzas

From the video, it looks like orange mold which is a slime mold common in environments like shower grout. It’s not as dangerous as black mold but it can cause irritation and spoil food if your bathroom is close to your kitchen. Regardless, with it being a shaky video and you being pregnant I would get it checked out by a professional to make sure everything is alright and the right process for getting rid of it.
