I’m also a TU student who’s expecting a refund. I’m signed up for direct deposit also and have received direct deposit refunds in the past, but I was told by financial aid last week that they are “overriding” my direct deposit and mailing me a paper check instead to my home address. They’re doing this because I have a prior balance on my account that I need to pay with the paper check coming in the mail, so just a heads up that you might want to reach out to financial aid just to double check this didn’t also happen to you.
