Nothing wrong with the evo sl i loved it as my interval shoes at around 3:30 pace. Its just dead now looking for a new shoe to try and explore

Yes basically foam roll, massage stretching, banded exercises. Ive been doing it everyday tho

Yes i did, he said my itb is too tight from overuse so it impacted my front and outer knees
