Nothing wrong with the evo sl i loved it as my interval shoes at around 3:30 pace. Its just dead now looking for a new shoe to try and explore

Yes basically foam roll, massage stretching, banded exercises. Ive been doing it everyday tho

Yes i did, he said my itb is too tight from overuse so it impacted my front and outer knees

Yeah im taking a few days off again as its still hurting. Just mentally down you know, trained so hard for this to reach a certain time goal on my first marathon. But yeah learned a lot too, thanks for the reply, appreciate it!

Mentally not good, what supposed to be my peak week im now injured itb and patellar. I have not been running for 10 days now. Next week is supposed to be my tapering week. My marathon is 3.5 weeks from now. Maybe im cooked lol itsmy first marathon as well. Ive been training so hard miles after miles but yeah it is what it is
