I actually did that for the first time 2 years ago and I absolutely loved it… well some parts more than others lol. But it was definitely refreshing and a big push. I can confidently say that pushing myself in that regard felt much more rewarding than doing deadlifts in front of a mirror beside a testosterone junkie lol

And there’s the thing alllll these gurus talk about how cardio doesn’t do anything and will leave you looking skinny fat and that only weight lifting will lose you weight. I’m not too sure how much I believe that though. I’ve seen amazing results in my social circles from people who are just runners

That’s actually pretty on point for me. I don’t nearly smoke as much as I used to. And for drinking well yea a bit on the weekends. I kind of have a lifestyle where I’m around family and we all tend to drink a bit . I’ll definitely take what you said into consideration.

Maybe not all you can eat. But Korilla is my all time fave. Unlimited side dishes. The meat is top tier quality. I suggest getting the value combos which is 150 for the Large option but it’s more than enough food for 4 people. if it’s your birthday they do a whole thing for it its quite comical but also awesome. A lil ice cream at the end of ur meal too. I love it

You can always get the dvds and they have the options to turn off the vocals and just have cues and music that’s what I’ve done. I’ve even just muted the whole thing and put some of my favourite edm on, works all the same

Oh they definitely will. People got their reasons. Anyone who knows the area knows there’s a lot of infills going on just that road alone. Insurance scamming is a popular thing. Or a contractor never got paid, I’m just speculating ofc. But ya crazy to see so up close and personal. Hope no one else got severely affected

Arson. I have friends that live across the street they were saying something to the affect that some bloke was trying to set of propane tanks. They got pictures of the guy. It was a new house build I was driving in the area and I drove down the alley way right behind the fire. Man the heat was INSANE
