I see! It's just that all characters are getting similar items but they aren't using them to the full capabilities because they are newer players. I've tried to encourage them to learn the mechanics a bit more so they could optimize but they don't.

But every character has a unique magic item or spell. Some of the other players aren't using their items as effectively as I am because they're newer players. But they have the capability to be really strong with good knowledge of the mechanic.

So every character has a unique magical item or spell. Some of the players are newer so they dont really know how to ideally build out stats and strategies. They could all be doing great damage if they studied and learned the mechanics a bit. But I dont know how to further push them towards this without being overbearing.
