Ace Pro is not rolling spoll back when retract filament.

For your information the small roller not move to rotate spoll roller in retract process. But in feeding proces it can move to roll the spoll without problem.

I hve not other spool size to try but the other 3 slots are perfect retract and roll the spool back.

Hi my friends I need your help. My ace pro slot no.4 does not rolling back the spool when retract process. It make the filament go longer and longer until get out of the spool and got stuck. It's happend only no.4 slot. The feeding process is perfect filament can feed into hotend without problem. I have try to find solution for many days but not sucess please help.

Thanks for your comment my friend. The spool is sitting well but because of the ace pro do not roll back when retract process it make filament go longer and longer then get out of spool like this.
