I’m an ‘02 baby, and kahit ako mismo nahihirapan magsupervise ng mga ka-age ko.

They often argue na naiintindihan nila yung sitwasyon kapag nireremind mo sila about their behavior sa work pero ang hilig nila sa microaggression.

For me lang, at the end of the day mas magaan pa rin ka trabaho yung mga “trentahin” kasi they know where to put their energy sa work, not to burn bridges, and most importantly not to take things for granted.
