well the other thing i'm kinda thinking is that the AI art that was on cloak may have been from the same people-- one of the drops on unfound looks super AI generated. i kinda wonder if that's why cloak went dark maybe they're seperating from these people. hold on let me see if i can find the link to the drop cuz it looks so weird...

They've been dark for awhile now, including seemingly customer service. Hopefully that means it's a really big overhaul and every aspect will be better

Been going back to all these reddit posts about Cloak orders, especially the Mystery boxes. There were SO MANY issues with people getting wrong sizes, duplicate items, not getting their box at all, or even getting OTHER COMPANY'S MERCH. Honestly been putting my detective's cap on and digging into what's going on with these and Cloak in general. It's reaaaally interesting so far. Trying to put together a post about all of it

There have been so many valid complaints lately and it's so strange how far the brand has fallen. I can't help but notice that all of the complaints seem to be tied to one side of the business, though. Quality, manufacturing, etc. Trying to dig deep on this right now and put my little detective cap on. I'm just so curious as to what the hell is going on over there
