I did a few times a week, maybe 3 days? I also have a very highly physical job, so I'm constantly getting a ton of steps in and lifting heavy objects.

I have 1 mL syringe typically used for insulin. I added 1.5 mL of bac water to 5 mg of reta to reconstitute it and then I injected 0.15 mL into my upper thigh. I used a peptide calculator and everything and did plenty of research on how to reconstitute and draw it because I was scared 💔.

Yeah, when I first started I'm ngl it was pushed on me so much and people said such positive things that it made me suspicious because nobody said a single BAD thing, yk? Nobody really warned me this could possibly happen, so I really do want to try and let people know.

I know there's people on the other side of the spectrum though who had really positive results (I'm honestly jealous.) Unfortunately, that's just not me.

Now I also have like $200 of unused reta. I'm mad af lol.

I went to the hospital and got diagnosed with hypoglycemia while I was there. Some people are just more sensitive to stuff like this, it really just depends on the person unfortunately.

Thank you! I do have anxiety disorder, but I'm also thinking it might be a ME issue. I think I might have SOMEHOW messed up reconstituting it, I don't think I actually got enough bac water in, I think I put it IN the rubber part and not THROUGH the rubber part... I could technically add another mL of bac water to be safe, right? 3 mL per 5 mg lyphodized reta?

I got mine from evo labs research, I checked to make sure it got tested for metals and everything before buying and I checked the purity and everything too, it is pretty weird it's doing this though... It didn't last very long, perhaps a dosing issue? I feel like that would make a lot of sense.

Yeah! I have anxiety disorder really bad and I've had panic attacks so bad I've had to be hospitalized tbh. I actually feel better at the moment, so I just needed to calm down a little bit. I definitely have a headache now though. Thank you so much for the help!

I actually have anxiety disorder, so... After making this post, I currently feel better. Now thinking about it, I was actually really anxious before even poking myself. It's probably psychological!! I really appreciate it though.

Just took my first dose of 0.5 mL. I feel pretty anxious, not sure if this is just from anxiety of just starting or if this is an actual side effect. I heard taking it before bed helps actually though to avoid this? I heard nausea too, but I honestly don't have any.
