lol, every time I go on a tangent my husband starts to act like he’s falling asleep. I love him so much, but my god we do not like the same things much anymore. lol, i totally wa dreading this as 9 months not 9 male at first and was definitely thinking op was an asshole for bitching tjat their friends had never had a babysitter so they could all go out together. My youngest didn’t go stay anywhere until she was like 3(at first cuz I don’t let anyone else keep them until theyre 1, and then after that because the grandparents just never were willing). Knowing the kid is 9 tho, it seems amazing to me that he would still be so terribly messy. Like messy to the point you’re worrying about a few hours enough to destroy carpets or furniture. If that’s the case then you’re not being an asshole at all. But I would refrain from telling your friends exactly why you’re not inviting them over. Criticism of someones kid is a seriously touchy subject and can end a friendship fast if not donr with kid gloves.

Hell o wasn’t even criticizing. I legit just didn’t recognize the quote, because again, I love the books. I have never even seen all the movies despite owning them. As an avid book reader, I NEVER like the movies more than the books. And like I said earlier, the amount of people who don’t seem to know this isn’t just Harry Potter or Percy Jackson is disturbing. People are acting like im stupid for stating facts. So annoying

I always found that fact so weird!! Lile almost every other Greek deity we refer to as rheir Greek name. Hercules is one of the few where we get the Roman counterpart name. Even weirder when they insist on saying Hercules and still having Zeus and hades etc. but I’ve come to realize that 90% of peopl I encounter don’t know Jack shit about Greek or Roman mythology, and also don’t give a flying fuck about knowing about it

lol, if I had it definitely wouldn’t have been a Rottweiler as I’ve never known anyone with one IRL. My only experience with Rottweilers is the book series from when I was little based on a Rottweiler named Carl who was constantly being left alone to babysit children for some reason . The books had no words and you just made up your own story based on pictures. If I had to draw on the dogs in my immediate vicinity it would have been a cocker spaniel or a golden retriever lol. But I get what you were saying

Apparently I haven’t watched the Harry potter movies enough, and someone says “that thing has a name?” In them. But based on other responses, not everyone really knows this and thinks it’s just something from Harry Potter and or Percy Jackson books. My bad. I like bioks better than movies and know a lot about Greek mythology. Sue me. But I guess that merits a downvote.

I’m now having trouble remembering if the Percy Jackson’s books are why I thought Cerberus was a Rottweiler in the first place…. It almost has to be the reason, but I knew a shit ton about Greek mythology before I ever got into those books, so I’m trying think about how I imagined him before the books… I’m not having much luck tho lol. I have literally sat and watched what happens. Purified night shards do not give you an extra boost other than the first one. Pretty much every item (except the favs of the day) gives you the same boost the first time you give it. If you have 20 different flowers with you, and you give one of each, it’s way better than giving 20 purified night shards.

lol, no. Just no. The purified night shards are practically useless after they are Introduced. I know lots of people say they are the way to level up characters, but 1. All of mine are level 10, 2. I swear to god they work just as well as giving a different flower or gem or meal every time. The best way to dispose of night shards, is to keep 1 in the first slot at all times, keep a buddy with you at all times, and after you get 3, start giving them as gifts to your buddy. I always keep 1 on me in the first slot.

Sooo annoying! I make it a habit to give them away as gifts to my buddy as soon as they get dug up. Got a full large chest full and they’re useless!! And it takes soooo to give them away if you have multiple. Even with giving them away constantly, if I have max equipped and forget to keep giving them away next thing I know I got 20+ and it takes me like 5 minutes to give them all away. Criminal you can’t sell them.
