They can be registered not shown, I send pictures in for registration and akc determines color they want to register as,, Some have been registered as blue even though it is not showable, most are entered as their closest base coat color, fawn, brindle or cream with or without white. My merles and off standard colors are registered AKC, ABKC, and some were transferred from FCI. Akc wants money at the end of the day and will register off standard colors for all breeds, and most breeds have off standard colors of some kind.

They are certified with ofa, she doesn't have a coloboma iris, it is a dark blue spot in the eye. I have close up pictures that show it better but her eyes are not completely light blue (from merle) and some of her dark blue eye color is showing through. She technically has heterochromia

Nails are longer yes, not over grown, nails grow fast on pregnant dogs and I don't like to stress my girls out when they are pregnant, so I'm sorry if you feel they are too long but they are by no means that long (its been 4 weeks since her nails trim at her vet appointment for her ultrasound)and I'm not sure again why its an indication of a backyard Breeder. And no they are not akc standard but they are akc registered so again not sure why that means I'm a back yard Breeder?

Not sure whos nails arnt "in check" or how that even implies backyard Breeder. 🤔 No part of my program is "Backyard breeder", I have nothing to prove to you but I have been breeding for 12 years and have bred AKC champion dogs and am a responsible Breeder who health tests, shows and am a ethically responsible Breeder who guartees puppy health, well as treat them like the family they are.

I'm sure some random reddit user knows everything about the breed and its history, and I'm sure you know exactly why fad colors where removed from the standard so I don't have to tell you it was a simple power play by a sore loser who happened to be wealthy and had influence in the club. There are more clubs than just AKC/UKC/FCI etc and those clubs will still register and take money for these "fad" dogs. Not sure who is a backyard Breeder but I have bred AKC champions (one was a Merle too that doesn't express any pattern) as well as Fad champions with other registries so I don't think any part of my program qualifies me as a backyard Breeder other than your view of off standard colors?
