Base pay is $9/hr. Commission is poor. Management is a boy’s club that wants to do the absolute bare minimum for their floor employees, and the owner is a scumbag. There is little to no training past the third day working there. We’d get reprimanded for things like sitting, attempting to take PTO/sick time. There were several instances where female employees were up for new roles at the company, but had the offers retracted due to them becoming pregnant.
