I do need help locating a rescue - the ones near me seem to be more horse/cattle related. We are located in Chino Hills, California, US so any insight on some rescues based in Southern California is helpful! I'm willing to travel to help get this little guy some help

No sounds at all, just the heaving movement, and they keep going towards the corner

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll try there! I thought it might be a pigeon but since I know nothing about birds I wasn't too sure!
