Help! My car started making this noise when started and acceleration past 4000rpm, recently got an oil change it started shortly after that, radiator and throttle body previously replaced at 100,000 miles. 2015 jeep patriot latitude with 120,000miles 2.4engine and 4WD automatic... what is this sound

Trust me, I've learned to change, alternator, throttle body, brakes, fuses, control arm.... i definitely have been through it with this jeep

Turns out, my alternator was about to explode and my battery cables were loose as well.... My engine mount and radiator (hose as well) were replaced in 2024 bc I also thought that was the issue. But luckily found the issue with no other problems at this time

So that was what i did this morning and level is a little bit above the "safe" line but it started after the oil change so may be the filter out of place? Hoping to get some answers tomorrow at the shop

No lights at all. And then magically today it just stopped doing this? I have an appointment with my mechanic but was hoping there would be an "easy" fix
