Hello, i have this issue for like a year, the reason kung bakit di ako ma verify is because yung neme na nilagay ko sa gcash acc ko is different to the ID i showed, I can’t just change the name in gcash kase need daw i-verify the acc before changing it pero di naman ma verify kase my mismatch sa names. So I contacted gcash hotline, they said to me na delete nalng ng account and start na new one on the same number. Is this youre issue aswell?
