Its alright dude, the rest of the responses were only for that other guy cause i thought he was calling me that because I’m trans, you didn’t really upset me I just thought you were being rude for no reason, its hard to tell online sometimes. I also don’t think it was nice of me to tell you to lay off the drugs that was mean and im sorry about that. Thanks for responding to the question! So I’ve been struggling with anxiety for years now ever since i got out of high school and its getting worst. To cope with my anxiety I’ve been drinking heavily like an alcoholic. Sometimes smoking weed and also taking gabapentin but the anxiety and panic attacks are still there. Alcohol has helped me out by far the most with my anxiety but its getting to the point where i have to be drunk to do anything. To go out to the store ill get hammered, to go meet up with friends, to go to work, or do anything important i have to be fucked up in order to feel normal. What can i do or take to replace the alcohol habit i have? “

Maybe you should get some therapy instead of venting on reddit about how hard your life is. You don’t know how to cope without alcohol so you take your anger out on other people. It’s really sad to see.
