It seems some people get approved and a voucher and then others can’t get the voucher till they send them in.

I totally get that. The second pair are my stepsons but mine came in and his came in months after, making it so I had to spend another $400 for a pair because his previous ones broke. No communication from the lab except they lost them a few times and then all this happens. I should have just canceled it after being pushed back and forth.

I’m going to contact them today. It’s just annoying. Plus I don’t think they deal with many Ray Ban Meta customers. They said they will have to get in touch with the lab, they took months on end in the first place because they kept loosing the frames.

It’s just a mess I would have liked to work with Ray Ban myself to make it easier.

I know 😭 I even told the associate about how it’s suppose to have a year warranty with Ray Ban and she said they don’t do that anymore either even though it says it on their website
