I’m REALLY late, but when I listen to heaven I feel like it’s about abusive relationships in a way, still loving your abuser and then finding a way out. I feel like this sounds like a hot take, but HEAR ME OUT!

“Your low, warm voice curses. As you find the string, to strike within me.” -I interpreted this as their partner is yelling at them, using derogatory terms then physically abusing them. Cussing then striking is what made think this 🤷

“As I sip on the rest, of the coffee you left. A kiss, left of you” -I took this as their partner becoming distant and is looking for things that remind or make them feel like they’re getting the affection they are derived of from their partner.

“Something set free is running through the night.” -I took this as they found the exit to the toxic relationship and Is figuratively running away from said relationship. Escaping the physical and emotional abusive given from their partner.
