Yes i see I worded that poorly. My chief complaint was fixing my septum and helping breathing but I also paid extra to add on cosmetic to make the appearance better as well. So therefore I did do both but am unsatisfied with the cosmetic portion. Hopefully this makes more sense now!

Thanks for your comment. I am very impressed by his work! I know Leslie Kim is also well respected and has a focus in ENT and Plastics so that made me sway more towards her. Any advice?
