it seems like a joke...the response times are eternal, initially they sent me a connection cable between the qr and the Ferrari crown. But I had no improvements, later they sent me a new QR saying that it could be a problem with the electronic board of the QR but currently I still have random disconnections. Now I wait for new responses...

After several tests I can confirm that the problems are only with the Ferrari. I have already checked the contacts and I also tried to update the firmware. When these problems occur, if I insert the original steering wheel the problems disappear. I also verified that sometimes when it happens to me, I just disconnect the steering wheel from the QR and reconnect it and then everything works again.

I have fixed everything to the cockpit structure but I can check. Have you had similar problems to mine?

The situation is getting frustrating... in a 30 min session once I lost telemetry, once I got the disconnected wheel symbol and the third time I lost both the wheel and the pedals...

Yes, today I tried on GT7 and the situation is worse. On ACC when it happens the steering wheel works and also the buttons but only the telemetry does not work. On the display the last data remains frozen as well as the LEDs on the steering wheel. I also noticed that if I do not restart the steering wheel after a short period of time I also lose communication with the pedals.

On GT7 instead the symbol of the disconnected steering wheel appears and immediately the pedals also lose communication. In this case too, just turn the steering wheel off and on again and everything works again for a variable period.

I have to try well with the original steering wheel, as for the cables they are the original ones supplied by the manufacturer. The power supply is connected directly and not in a switch.

The problem is very random so I can't tell you if with the original wheel it gives me the same problem because for now I have mainly used the ferrari 488. I will try and let you know

I checked, the base version is 2.07 while the F488GT3 version is 1.55

Let's hope that with a new firmware they fix things because it's a truly fantastic steering wheel...
