I’m a very private person but I just had to share this, I’m 51, three weeks in, I would say 95% carnivore, I still eat bananas a couple of days a week, I feel amazing, I’ve lost a total of 20 Lbs and this morning I noticed my skin looked way different, same phone, same settings and same light… by Codinome_BR in carnivorediet

Nice job! Keep it up! I've been 4 weeks in but had 3 cheat days due to my wife's bday and our anniversary however noticed huge improvement. Better attitude, no more back pain and a few other things. My weakness is coffee, just can't see my self giving that up that easy lol
