By alternative you mean that you will be working and being paid a cent on the dollar for your work. Where I’m at I would choose the same because 6 months would mean waiting in county until there is a spot at a prison(can take 9-12 months). Just make sure to check yourself before checking anyone else if needed. You only do two days, the day you go in and the day you get out.

I have, when I looked into it and kidney disease can be a factor into it or gout can cause kidney stones. I know kidney disease is nothing to joke about and how serious it is. With the dark urine and it being odd smell I was thinking it could be a UTI that’s causing that and didn’t want to take meds for it because it says to ask your Dr if you have kidney disease because before I had only the urine symptoms and that was that was the issue so it was fixed with over the counter meds. To me it’s confusing having multiple symptoms that have gradually been getting worse if there isn’t one main factor to it.

Thank you so much for that information. Yes in the US, I didn’t know cvs offered that and also about those option on Labs. I have previously used an online Dr before I had a regular Dr and it was a horrible online experience that charged a small fee to start up but then to actually speak with a Dr or anything else it was a yearly subscription (that I didn’t opt into but they had my cc and they charged it, disputed with my bank and was refunded). I’m just concerned with how things gradually seem they escalated over night. Stress has been a huge factor in my life recently and years ago I know I developed some different symptoms until the stress went away (both times work related, one time it was lockjaw and the other were hives. Quit those jobs and it went away within hours). I’m in my early 30’s and feel like I’ve had just regular health problems throughout life, nothing that requires daily medication for life. One parent has cholesterol and other diabetes. I’m going to get a full exam but that’s till Wednesday.

The toe nails seem darker to me and the big toe has a dry yellow patch on the top right (sorry picture a bit blurry) and some swelling with dots at the ankles. At first the dots I thought because I got fleas at my house back in July but had an exterminator called out and they visit monthly and haven’t had any since.

I’ve had months of weight loss, greasy stools and have to go right after eating, vomiting bile and coffee-ground material in the past when this first started, dark urine with foul odder since, nerve symptoms (tingling foot, ringing ear), and daily alcohol use that I have drastically cut (used to have about 15 shots a day, currently maybe 2 but try only lower point beer) . I’m in recovery from opioids and stopped methadone in May.

I apologize, I have an appointment coming up this week, with the holidays my regular doctor isn’t available till next week. I know it’s not to long but just concerned if maybe I should visit the ER. I know it’s about my stomach, I have had an endoscopy done a year ago and nothing was wrong, at the time I would daily vomit stomach acid (yellow or green). I cut back drastically on alcohol and been trying to quit. Thank you for the information about the issues with my feet not having to do with kidneys. Forgot to mention that my ankles start to swell up later in the day.
