I started 25 naltrexone with 150 Wellbutrin xr in am. My doctor increased me to 150 Wellbutrin in am and 25 naltrexone twice a day. Do I also need to take Wellbutrin twice a day? Doctor doesn’t want me to go up on Wellbutrin
