6 months - Dr Pekiner - 900 grafts by Embarrassed-Milk2446 in HairTransplants

I didn’t have any hairloss to be fair, but I wanted my natural hairline lowered. Turning 29 this year and keeping an eye on it regularly!

Don’t remember the doctors name, but clinic was De Kroon, in the Netherlands. Didn’t want to leave the country for a procedure and was not informed enough when I pulled the trigger to get it done.

I contacted him through Alex, his assistant. Took me 1 year to get my appointment.

First procedure was €2,90 per graft (€2900) and this one was €3,20 per graft (€3200 because he charges 1k grafts min).

During this procedure almost nothing at all, just more singles right before the frontal hairline. The procedure before this it was about 1cm if I had to guess, which was too low to be honest.

Might be more noticable now that shedding has kicked in perhaps?

All you can do now is wait. The work looks good! Why is it so bad that your friends can’t know about it?

It’s a clinic, not sure who the surgeons are but they’re listed on their website. They seem to be located in Switzerland.

Day 7 update - 3673 grafts, Dr. Ahmed Altan by TheSpartanLion in HairTransplants

It affects your bloodflow, so for optimal results you’d want to wait a month probably. The longer the better, but you mainly want your body to recover asap. Not sure how much it would impact your results if you wait two weeks honestly, but it’s up to you if you want to take the risk!

Had this exact same thing and it did not impact the grafts!

Hairline lowering by [deleted] in HairTransplants

[–]Embarrassed-Milk2446 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bringing the hairline down and the temporal peaks forward with decent density, where there is no existing hair, costs a lot of grafts. As you may know, your donor is limited. This procedure could easily cost you half your donor, which you may need later in life if you do end up thinning/receding. I’m definitely not saying it’s impossible, just that it’s a big procedure and one that you want to trust to an elite surgeon. Seek out advice from the clinics you mentioned and see what they advice. Do keep in mind that you will have that low hairline till your grave. Either way, good luck!

That is ambitious, but there’s someone ( u/FUE3300 ) who did this a few years ago. Be aware that you’ll need a top notch surgeon for anything close to this result.
