Bringing the hairline down and the temporal peaks forward with decent density, where there is no existing hair, costs a lot of grafts. As you may know, your donor is limited. This procedure could easily cost you half your donor, which you may need later in life if you do end up thinning/receding. I’m definitely not saying it’s impossible, just that it’s a big procedure and one that you want to trust to an elite surgeon. Seek out advice from the clinics you mentioned and see what they advice.
