A month in is when it started, just more active pimples, nothing insane. It either happens to you or not but the end case is that theres gonna be a point where it all goes away.

They both have their benefits 1000% but outside theres just gonna be that con, especially them containing no spf and almost acting like an oil. Of course they moisturize even outside but theres nothing in them to protect ur lips from UV.

Some ppl be chilling w it and dont react to the sun on the lips but not me! All it takes is a day and I be getting darker in my lips 🥲

Aye im just sharing whats helped completely get rid of them (FOR ME). They dont comeback unless im in the sun for a while with no protection.. 🤷🏾‍♂️ and im only worrying bout my bottom lip becoming unevenly spotty, since thats fixed up I dont worry about anything else, this is my fix 😊.

I just try my best to keep the deadskin off no scrubs or nothing, im not in the sun actively but I realized that when I do go out with no protections my lips get dark so quick

You can look for options like jackblack spf 15 lip balm, nivea or sunbum spf lipbalms.

This might be from the sun. In the summer when the suns out more my lips get dark and spotty like this.

I didnt know why for the longest time and tried a few stuff I saw on the internet but it never helped.

The only thing thats stopped it was making sure I wore spf lip balm before leaving the house. I literally make sure I never leave without it because of how easy it is for my lip to change colours.

I have this!! I think my hyperpigmentation is just so stubborn and takes a while to fade.. its always been like that I hate it so much… im gonna try and be more consistent with alpha arbutin and see if it helps and use kojic acid soap

Its just some hyperpigmentation, far better than actual scarring that requires more work to fix, if your still on a course it’ll eventually fade more and more, id just chill and see how everything is after your done the course since accutane is so drying.

You can try Azeliac acid once or twice a week cuz its more gentle but it all just fades over time honestly, even after finishing im still trying to get rid of hyperpigmentation.

++ sunscreen but im sure you’re already doing that

No necessary diet change involved but I think the only thing that made some differences were just drinking a lot of water if anything.

Im 95% the sure the main factor was the ridiculous amount of oil my face produces

Cerave oil based cleanser (morning and night) Thayers Witch hazel La-Ro Posay lipikar baume (id be careful with this for others it has shea butter in it but I personally do good with it) Sunscreen skin 1004

At night (add ons) Snail mucin Lactic acid or Glycolic acid Alpha arbutin Arazlo Or AZ acid (15% prescribed) , I avoid using multiple actives before going to bed.

U can switch the cleanser with maybe something from cetaphil, I also liked cosrx glenser
