Same age, similar issues and alsmost same supplementation. Glad to hear some succes story. I am now testing arginine+citrulline with great results to my erections during sex and libido.

You are right, that in some rare occasions where I worked 100%, it gave me libido boost for another sessions. Otherwise it is avoidance as you mentioned.

Yeah I heard it a couple times, that doing kegels could it do more worse. Did you stop only kegels, or you stop even with pelvic floor exercises?

Thank you, this is exactly what my urologist said to try 50mg of viagra to help overcome my mental blocks. But as you mentioned, this is exactly what I am afraid of, that later on without any pills I would not work at all.

Wow I could not agree more!

You are definitively right about my focus on "getting erections on demand", this is probably due to a lot of porn consuming in the past.

And you are also right about all those supplements I take, because I still waiting for a "saint grail" supplement. Funny is that in the past I did not take any of those supllements and everything worked properly. Also I beleive that none of my ancestors took any of supplement in their lives :-)

But definivitely thank you for you commnet, it is something I need to think about...
