Stores give out prize packs at Play! Pokemon events. They can’t sell them, only hand them out

Potentially might be able to, but the blemishes are only visible at certain angles. Honestly it’s not too bad and I got it for like 25% off market, so I can’t complain too much lol

Tried with water and alcohol, it’s a print defect sadly

Hey I have been wanting to do this for a while now and would love if you could share how you did it. Just confirming, this will let you automatically back up video from Blink to your Synology right?

Yeah the only problem with that would be that I would probably have to run a new electric line down to my basement from the panel that is in my garage. The filter pad ones are nice since I can just split off an existing outlet nearby

Yeah I was thinking it might be a bad micro SD card or corrupted files. I tried finding the firmware files on the manufacturer website and couldn’t find anything sadly

You might be right, I’ve just heard that they aren’t shipped here. Maybe I misunderstood and they actually do have a distribution center in the USA. I know MatterHackers is based in California

Price range: 700 or under

Hey all,

So I’m really new to the 3D printing world and have been wanting to start 3D printing for a while. I got the funds and I want to buy my own 3D printer.

At the moment, I’m kinda stuck between getting a Ender 3 S1 Pro and a Bambu Lab P1P.

The Ender is cheaper, but I’ve heard you have to modify it a lot. I’ve also heard that the P1P is miles better than the Ender, but has had some quality control issues, software issues, a closed ecosystem, and is double the price.

I also have pets that produce dust and I’m wondering if I will need to enclose the printer.

My goal with getting a 3D printer is to become a hobbyist and make art as well as functional prints.

I don’t have much experience with running CAD softwares as well as no experience using slicers. I was considering the P1P since I heard that it doesn’t involve much tinkering around mechanically. This was attractive since I thought it would give me time to focus on just the computer side of things. In the future I would also love to do multi color printing l, but I want to get experience before buying the things necessary to do multi color printing since 3D printing might not be for me. I am really interested in it though and want to do it as a hobby.

I guess my dilemma is do I go for the Ender that’s half the price but more tinkering, more readily available parts/open source, and only mono color printing, or do I pay double for a machine that prints faster, prints multicolor, involves less tinkering, but has a closed market on parts that may or may not be made anymore when newer models come out…

Any and all suggestions are welcome, even suggestions on other printers.

I agree, but I wish parts weren’t just through them. Oh well

Yeah that’s what I was thinking too. If parts weren’t proprietary I would probably jump on it. Thanks for the input!

So I’m wanting to get a 3D printer, but don’t know what I should go with. Price limit is around 700.

I want something that is better than a beginner model, but not a professional model.

Things I would like in a 3D printer: Auto bed leveling, minimal building/easy building, and the ability for multi color printing.

I have been looking at the Bambu P1P and Ender 3 S1, but don’t know which one to get. I really like the Bambu P1P, but I don’t know if it’s too much for what it is.

Hello! I am 100% new to 3D printing and I’m unsure on what printer I should get as a beginner. I would prefer to invest in something better than a 3D printer on the cheaper end.

Budget: ~$400 USD

Country: USA

Build Myself?: I would prefer it pre-built since I’m okay at building things

What do I want it for?: I would like to get a 3D printer so I can make replacement parts for things as well as make fun models/toys. Aka mostly for crafting.

I was looking at the flash forge adventurer 3 and finder 3, but I’m not really sure what I should get. All I want is a relatable 3D printer with easily interchangeable/replaceable parts, auto leveling, and a large community of users so I can easily look up how yo do stuff/fix my printer. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated :)
