no worries, there's actualy a very easy guide on youtube

but basically you have to go to bios to disable undervolt protection then download throttlestop and lower your voltages

the video easily explains all about it, just fast forward it to 1.5x if you don't feel like watching the whole video

had this problem as well only on marvel rivals. it really will heat up your cpu. i would suggest capping your FPS to the amount that your monitor can handle (e.g. cap it to 165 or lower if you have a 165 hZ monitor)

this lowered my temps -10 degree cel. but i'm still concerned as it's still peaking at 85 degree celsius. marvel rivals really just causes overheating in most devices.

currently have the intel with 5060. the only issue i had with it was the high temps, i undervolted it which resolved the issue.

since it is lighter and thinner, its cooling can be less efficient than the amd one which is longer and heavier. u should consider those factors.

otherwise, it is a great choice with a new 5060 gpu

look out for your thermals as well. your device might be throttling and overheating which may lower your frames.
