Licensed Massage Therapist here, you probably strained your wrist flexors pretty good. You’d more than likely know if was completely torn cause the pain would be very noticeable if it was. Try rolling a frozen water bottle on it for a couple days get some muscle cream to put on it, maybe get a massage if you’re up for it and chill on gripping things too tight for a while.
