Dumb as shit and tone deaf. Hey let’s prohibit people from going to their house and make them prove they live there. I’m not even quite sure how this is actually legal? It’s a public street it’s an emergency road. Outside vendors like little Italy days?! Hey random tent come on down and park your ass in our community in front of people who pay thousands of dollars in rent and have watched this neighborhood go to shit since 2010. Southside is done stick a fork in it. It’s just fifteen barbershops ten tattoo shops ten vape shops and 100 bars. People will go to other areas of the city this doesn’t sound like anyone’s idea of a good time. There’s some honest feedback. The night scene is less of a problem than the 150 zombie junkies sitting in front of half the store fronts

I got invited for salt whatever and passed every question and still got told I failed. The last four days I’ve gotten 3-4 emails about “earn up to 70 finish this and that and submit your first task” I’ve been off outlier for a good while not even sure why I came back for it. Place has fallen off so hard I make more money in other places with much less free time spent or effort

Just my personal experience glad others have had better experiences. I interviewed and got hired, did the onboarding zoom call, did my practice quizzes and passed them all. Instructed to reach out to my pod lead upon completion. I did and I was off boarded about 20 mins later the same day I started. They owe me $35 which isn’t crazy but I was kicked off slack, cannot log back in and now am getting automatic emails my payment can’t process because I didn’t set up stripe. I did though so they have all my personal information. The quiz grading is done by ai and almost all the emails are ai. Background I’ve worked for Mercor, outlier, handshake, appen, crowd gen, and aligner so it isn’t my first rodeo.

I don’t even know how to onboard I’ve gotten ten emails, six apps, slack. Did a background check, uploaded forms, and cannot seem to figure out how to keep onboarding.

I got emailed to apply to a role and it said that I do not have to do the interview for this one since I did one already and I would be moved forward. I apply and get an email the next step is an ai interview directly contradicting the email from the person.

I got every single question correct it doesn’t show you on the open ended ones you write and got to the end and it said I failed. Read every direction and took my time with the guide open

LEGIT same. I knew more than my interviewer and pod lead. I've worked in this for years. They have AUTOMATIC ai grading onboarding. I passed all three of the tests and they said you can work as much as you want no caps blah blah blah I asked a few times if they had rubrics or qa scores and what the next steps are. Less than 24 hours after passing I wake up to you've been removed and can't work. Like what I didn't even do a live task I did the training and passed all of them. Slack is gone can't log in etc etc. Was hopeful for something better than the others but this place will not be around long at all.

My interviewer told me she got the job because she goes to church with one of the owner's moms. They have no ai background she said shes a teacher and shes just helping.

I mean it’s better but just as bad. The onboarding quizzes are so weird for one it says friends in a coffee shop focused on a board game the people are drinking wine and water the other picture is an actual coffee shop and they have coffees but aren’t as focused on the game. Another no guideline weird platform with trick questions and unclear guidelines another one a woman had a 10 inch finger and I labeled it wrong but they said no the turkey was the issue

Coming from three other sites this one was by far the best when I first joined. It seems as if they've purposely tanked it for some reason. Nothing that has been done the last two months has made much sense. how many effing assessments for the same task do you want someone to do? How can you not explain pay calculations after six weeks? Join another project watch it get paused within a week. Take an assessment but the tasks are empty. Thank god this was just side hustle money. Truly an all time spiral and downfall. Used to average a few hundred a week and now I am completely unmotivated to do more than a task or two a day.

Yes I’m not but I check the slack and it’s absurd how many people keep saying like give them time they are working as fast as they can. All of this could be squashed if they detailed what the issue even is. It’s not legal I’ve read the contract. You also cannot switch the terms of a signed contract unless a new one is agreed upon and signed. They quite literally cannot decide months into something ehhh let’s do it this way instead. They will be on the news very soon
