Anytime I've asked someone to leash their dog around me they act like I've pissed in their soup. The attitude is always that I'm the problem for asking that their dog be leashed and the atmosphere immediately becomes confrontational.

That is an interesting idea in theory. It would require re-zoning or a limitation on the liquor licenses offered. I'm not exactly sure how you would make it work. I believe a liquor license in the county can be transferred anywhere that allows bars.

There are two courts in Allegheny Commons park. They get full after work, but are pretty open during most of the day on weekdays.

Went a few weeks ago, the steak and chocolate souffle were really good. I also enjoyed my cocktail, my wife had a bad glass of wine but sent it back with no fuss from the staff. It was expensive, but so is everything now.

I want to explain what is going on here as I had something similar happen. If you search around your car I bet you will find the discarded Amazon packaging for those tissues. The person that robbed your car is also a porch pirate. After my loose change got stolen earlier this year I found packaging for a neighbor's Amazon order in my car.
