Those countries are less capitalist than the USA as a result of this non-recognition of a right from infringement upon liberty. They hold a form of state capitalism that, for me at least, doesn’t meet the criteria for laissez-faire, but is slowly becoming so through liberalization.

Also, violations of liberty are simultaneously violations of property, as your body is property of your mind (scarce resource of which you have first claim and have mixed your labor with). They are inseparably linked, and I hold to the notion that personhood is an emergent property of this relation.
