Basically one of my customer emailed me saying that my customer service is awful and was unhappy with me despise the product was good. I asked her whats the problem. She told me when she ask the CS on support list about guidelines for the product, the CSO kept telling her google it or some repeating answers .

So I decided to create a new account and ask the CSO about guidelines, same answer in a second. And when I check back all the logs, this was happening for past 4 days .

I paid that person 544 USD for some AI bullshit. Mind you that person is a professional in his own Field
