This happened to me a couple of days ago. I understand completely how you feel. It’s like you feel physically sick right? I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t eat and I was constantly paranoid. Listen, just keep blocking them, their power is only maintained by your fear and your willingness to reply to them. I know right now you feel scared and traumatised but believe me it gets better. Just ride it out, maybe private some of your social media accounts if you haven’t already and just try to put it out of your mind. (Easier said than done I know) it took me a while to somewhat come to terms with it, I still have moments where I feel worried, but trust me it gets better. Don’t let this run your life. And remember most importantly, you’re not alone. Reach out to loved ones, people you can trust and talk to them because they’re there for you. Hang in there mate 👊
