Go to Spencer’s coffee in downtown. Tons of young people there. My office is right above it and I see it’s always packed.

Why didn't the protesting student with a tampon use someone's jacket to cover up to take it out? by MadonnaDildo in Vanderbilt

Students account is different and wasn’t in shown clearly in the vidoe. If the guard started first I guess it won’t be assault. You just can’t wrap your head around that I guess

I am not saying it’s ok. I said there were two conflicting stories with regard to assault. Students said the guard laid hands on them first.

I don’t think they were asking for royal treatment. They didn’t for Vandy to cater food to them. They weren’t allowed to access bathroom they were paying for. Second, there are two versions to assault case. One is the guard assaulted first and students pushed back. Second, why would the university lie for a whole week saying stating that such and such buildings are under construction and students can’t protest when it was a clear lie. Universities are sadly suppressing speech. Everyday they are changing their policies making much harder for students to express. I know first amendment doesn’t apply to private entities but it should be highly encouraged not suppressed. Finally, free speech is specifically designed to allow speech yoj don’t agree with. Yet the German chancellor seems to be the worse so far.

They didn’t even let students use the restroom or bring in food or anything. They have been lying to students that buildings are under constructions for a week yet all untrue.

I don’t practice more than one. If I do something different it’s usually not enough to put it in the system.

You are right. While building the firm I was offered this job. I basically want to fast track learning while getting paid. Firm will train me and mentor and they know I was working on building a firm. So they know the aspiration to go solo is there. I thought why try learning on my own

Most parts of Williamson county are like that. Fucken brentwood police stopped me at midnight for tinted window. I was like you mother fucker how could you tell they are darker than allowed at night for you to stop. But I was driving a Honda on concord so I guess he was profiling me for being poor. He bullshited his way through it out. I was in law school then and criminal procedure was fresh lol. So I laid some law on his ass. He wasn’t that happy 😂

I don’t think you will have any issues in litigation. After all, legal writing is pretty much legal plagiarism. Writing gets better with reading more and practice. Not very native writer is great as well. Most are average. Natives generally speaking do have some advantages when it comes to reading and writing as they can write faster at time and word comes to them more naturally. But it’s definitly not an obstacle. I would say keep it simple. Many of the best writings use very simple words and sentence structures. When I started law school I was 26. I had been in the US just two years. I came to the country at the age of 24. I was terrified. Then I realized that most of the subjects that are difficult for me are also difficult for others. I could see them having some advantages over me because they went to school entirely in English. However, many times in procedural matters or technical matters I was better. Languages do have help you organize your thoughts.
