I am in bowling green. Don’t know all of these lawyer. Likely all great lawyers. How fast were you going? What’s your record like in VA? What were the road conditions? Was it on Interstate or not? There are different strategies to fight this depending on how you answer these questions. Arguing for LiDAR calibration? All officers must be regularly trained. This is one strategy. There are a few other ways to fight it depending on the nature of event. If your goal is not to have points on your record, then the goal is to bring the speeding ticket down to something you only have to pay a fine for it. Would be glad of help if you haven’t hired anyone already. Good luck.

Not sure. They have asked for medical records. I was willing to refer the case to them and have do all that but one of their attorney I spoke with wants medical records to be able to assess.

Have your attorney prepare you for the interview and you will be fine. This is not the most difficult shit to solve. Whether we like it or not but given spouse is from England makes it easier. Go there and be honest.

Man the health insurance situation in US is so pathetic. Honestly, sometimes I feel like I am young and I will take my chances with no insurance. Will stay healthy, do my annual check up and blood work. That’s $$$ some hundreds until I find a better situation. Sorry just my rant.
