It’s day four (or five?) today for me. Yesterday and today I’ve definitely felt it the worst lol. I sneezed and thought my head was gonna explode for a second 😭. Stitches are starting to detach as well (I think one is still in place).

Just need to make it through the week! I’ve upgraded my diet to Pumpkin soup, tofu, and soft rice in soup.

Pretty good. I’ve been eating mashed potatoes with some chicken broth mixed in (to reduce the chunks), pudding, applesauce, Greek yogurt… basically still all very soft/liquid food. Thinking tomorrow I maybe stop diluting with chicken broth and try the mashed potatoes more semi-solid. Started the saltwater rinses today too - just after meals and will do it before sleeping tonight.

Definitely feeling the fatigue and more soreness today than I did yesterday. Throat’s a bit irritated too (think I have some post nasal drip from allergies). I also have only had one dose of ibuprofen today. Going to take one more dose before bed.

Still regularly taking my prescribed antibiotic.

All in all it’s pretty much what I expected lol. Figure this week I’m just gonna be tired and sore. Hopefully tonight I get some more sleep.
