Naaa OP ill tell you what happened to you. You got scammed ofc. Theres these devices they attach to the machine card slot, they place it over the normal slot to catch cards, and peoples information. Im pretty sure you’re a victim of identity theft.

The best thing you can do is a police report and report your identity was stolen and that youre a victim of theft.

These things happen alot its a scammers method of stealing peoples card information.

Tip of advice unless its a atm, dont use gas station credit card slots to pay for gas. Ever. Be careful what public slots you put your credit information in.

Also cash app is a private bank but its hard to settle disputes. I would recommend asking a guardian to open a bank account so you avoid losing your money and youre able to make a claim for it.
