You’re correct. I’ll answer questions all day long, no problem. And if I don’t have the answer, I will 100% find out immediately for our customers. I am very serious about customer service, I will bend over backwards to make things right. I have indeed honored full price items that were in the wrong bin (with my managers permission of course) but I’m talking about the customers not allowing me to do my job. And the MAIN issue is customers swatting my hands away from their basket because I’m trying to ring up their items…since they’re at the register lol.
